Payment

You can make a payment on your case or on behalf of a client by clicking the button below. All our payments are processed through LawPay, which is one of the nation’s largest (and most secure) payment processors for lawyers and law firms.

If you are making a payment on behalf of someone else, be sure to use the “Reference” field to specify the case or client you are making a payment on. By making a payment on a case, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our Representation Agreement.

The fee to be paid is laid out in the invoice you will receive. In addition to the legal fee specified on the invoice, you are responsible for any expenses in your case, this includes but is not limited to court costs, third-party costs, and government or state filing and application fees.

This flat fee payment structure contemplates that such legal fees are earned as paid and therefore non-refundable. Finally, nonpayment of these fees shall constitute a basis for withdrawal from further representation.
